Spence & Co is headquartered in Houston, Texas and is the Management Consultancy arm of the Spence Family Office and manages the financial investments of the Spence family. Spence & Co also oversees the philanthropic actives of the Spence family.

The Spence family has its roots in the Scottish Borders, a rural and agricultural based community who's hard work and honest culture still forms a foundational base for the activities of the Family Office today. From humble and quiet beginnings, the Spence family has grown to develop roots in the Houston community and proudly celebrates its multi-cultural family.

The principals of the Spence family have been shaped from diverse experiences in complex multi-cultural global operations and situations. In addition, a substantial amount of operating experience in Professional Services, Oilfield Services and Engineering & Construction in both the public capital markets and private equity-backed organizations provide an ability to understand and influence complex value opportunities.
